Hospitality & Retail, Malibu, CA. A Malibu wine shop built to be seen after dark. Two suites became one 2,580 sq ft store with a glass wine wall and a 1,000+ sq ft patio.
Avenue of the Stars
Hospitality & Retail, Century City, Los Angeles, CA, 2027. A Wally's restaurant in a curved glass pavilion on the Century Plaza. 2,301 sq ft with a full bar and kitchen, plus 1,260 sq ft of new patios. Opens January 2027.
East 3rd Avenue
Hospitality & Restaurant, Old Town Scottsdale, AZ, 2027. A desert supper club in Old Town Scottsdale. An empty shell becomes a dining room, private dining and a 2,943 sq ft rooftop lounge with its own bar. Up to 253 guests. Opens January 2027.
Milland
Renovations, Mill Valley, CA. A 1975 house in the Mill Valley redwoods, renovated top to bottom: a new kitchen, living room and dining room, a fresh cedar-shingle exterior and a repaired balcony deck.
Fairmount Avenue
Multi-Family Residential, San Diego County, CA. Four homes on one canyon-edge site in San Diego County: a two-story, six-bedroom single-family home and three ADUs around a shared drive. In permitting.
Lakewood Boulevard
Renovations · ADU & JADU, Long Beach, CA. A 1938 Long Beach house, fully renovated, plus a new two-story building with an ADU and a JADU above the garage. Completed.
Sixth Street
ADU & JADU, San Diego, CA. An old garage in San Diego replaced by a new two-story building: two garages below, an ADU and a JADU with its own mini kitchen above, and a private roof terrace on top. Completed.
Marathon Drive
ADU, San Diego, CA. A backyard shed in San Diego replaced by a complete two-story detached ADU: living room, kitchen and powder room below, bedroom, flex room and bath above. Completed.
Atlantic Street
ADU, San Diego County, CA. A detached 1,200 square foot, 3-bedroom ADU. Built from the County of San Diego's free standard ADU plans, then organized and refined by Hemisphere A&E to cut the client's design costs.
Deer Valley Boulevard
Commercial · Retail, Park City, UT. A closed two-story department store in Park City, rebuilt as a new big-box anchor store with room for two more tenants. About 205,000 sq ft on two levels. Completed.
Malibu Fire Project
Single-Family · Fire Rebuild, Malibu, CA. A Malibu home lost in the 2025 Palisades Fire, to be rebuilt as three levels of white frame and glass on the same hillside, with an elevator, a three-car garage and a roof deck. In permitting.
Zakynthos Villas
Residential · Private Villas, Zakynthos, Greece. Three sustainable villas stepping down a Greek island hillside, each with walls of sliding glass and its own saltwater infinity pool facing the Ionian Sea.
